It's whatever people say these two kiddies are - it was something I just made up.
Artists often do draw references to themselves and people they know, intentionally or not. You stare at yourself in the mirror and see your friends' profile pics/faces all the time, so naturally you sometimes use certain features and the sorts.

Oh this is adorable! I haven't dared make anything as detailed as this in Illustrator, yet. There's so much to look at, and it's all well done. I love their expressions, and the hats flying off their head in anger!
