Urgh... the hardest thing about coloring dark hair is that it likes to go outside the lines.
Also, watercolors like to move and expand a lot if they get really wet, so I really have no control except to lessen the intensity by dabbing some of it off with a paper towel.

Anyway, here's China.
(When I showed people this pic before I had applied any water, they said he looks like a girl )
He's the only Asian in the group of 6 Allies, so he occasionally gets annoyed with the others' customs (it's the same for Japan - he's the only Asian of the 3 Axis members XD ).
