I had no idea what I was thinking when I was drawing this 'cause I was really tired and bored waiting for my last Final Exam.

I couldn't get the song Telephone out of my head, and some of the lyrics reminded me of how N. Italy is always calling Germany when he's busy - just look at the lyrics yourself [link] .
(if you noticed, I used some of the lyrics in the background)

And it's pretty self-explanatory why he's wrapped in yellow tape and an old fashioned phone's cord (watch the Music Video).
I thought about having the yellow tape in Italian, but decided to have it in German since it's Doitsu.

But overall... this pic might not be all that great with so much elements such as text and texture all over the place, and the lack of shading/lightening since I used Gradient/Solid Color Fill Layers.
