APH - Prussian Blue

The title pretty much says it all - it's Prussia and it's blue. XD

And we all had heard of the color "Prussian Blue," or Preußisch Blau in German; it's also known as "Berliner Blue" because it was invented in Berlin (Wikipedia article: [link]).

I wanted to keep things simple with this pic.
No gradients, no textures, no "Magic Wand" tool - just brushes, the "Paint Bucket" tool, text, and the "Diffused Glow" filter.
It kinda looks like I used a tablet, but I didn't - I'm still coloring with my touch pad mouse on my VIAO lap-top (you should see how worn out the metallic paint on the left button XD ).
And since the title is "Prussian Blue," I actually used the color for his pants and the line work (if you actually read the Wikipedia article, Prussian blue pigments were used for technical drawings - thus the word "blueprint" came to existance).

Prussia's an interesting character... he kinda pops out of nowhere and teases the hell out of everyone, plus he calls Germany "West" (Prussia was technically Northeastern Germany, parts of Poland and Russia, and a few Baltic countries; Prussia no longer exists because of the Nazi party and the end of WW2).
He also kinda looks like an albino version of Germany too - only with his hair down, and he's much more laid-back. XD
