APH - Death of a Brother 2

Ja... it's been sitting in my portable hard drive and dA Scraps coloring dust like many rough sketches I've done over the months (if not years - there's a few I hadn't worked on since I joined dA over 3 years ago ).


One of these days I might redo this picture in some way...
This didn't turned out the way I planned out and expected it to be, so it'll be back to the ol' drawing board.

(I kinda wanted more of a traditional painted-look)

It's another pic based on how Germany became separated into two after WW2, and it's kinda of a continuation of an earlier pic: [link]
If you put APH - Brothers in Arms, APH - Death of a Brother, and then this pic, it kinda tells a bit of a (sad) story...

My original idea was to make a storyboard animation based on separation and reunification of Germany before the 20th anniversary of the reunification in 3 October 2010, but obviously I failed - and I'm lacking effort to do it due to College and other stuff.

Anyway, I hope you like it.
