He looks so sloppy, but then again, he always needs Germany to tie his shoes for him. XD
He also has a sweet, innocent, childlike face.

I thought about leaving the background white to symbolize all his mass-produced white flags, but when I was coloring his hair, the reddish-brown went outside the lines so I decided to paint it a light violet/purple color (watercolors are unpredictable when using).

As usual, I used a 4H pencil, watercolors, and watercolor pencils.
